Here at Golden Glory Cafe our mission is to combine the highest quality foods with an assortment of herbs and spices on a consistent basis. We top that off with our signature Golden Glory garlic and herb sauce giving customers a mouth watering experience and taste that can’t be matched or duplicated. At Golden Glory Cafe we pride ourselves on consistently providing “best in class” customer service, thus we do not subscribe to the “instant” or “fast food” motto of most other food chains.
Meet The Chef
In 1999 after spending several years perfecting his culinary skills and developing his signature garlic and herb sauce, Xavier Thomas began selling seafood dishes from his home in Sanford, Florida. In 2001 Xavier moved his business (then known as Roderick’s Seafood) to a mobile food truck and assumed the name Xavier’s Mobile Seafood. With dedication, much hard work and the proceeds form his growing mobile food truck Xavier seized the opportunity to expand his burgeoning business to the Atlanta Market, hence, A taste of Florida Seafood Inc was born. With over 20+ years of restaurant and business experience, Xavier has owned and operated 4 brick and mortar restaurant locations as well as a number of mobile food trucks. He contributes his longevity to his Faith and belief in God. Consistent in his message to deliver the highest quality of food and service to each and every customer.
